I made a YouTube channel for musical purposes, like singing my own songs or singing covers. I just barely put my first video up of a song I performed a the variety show at EFY. Check it out please! And tell your friends if you like it!

Wow! Ha I can see the people watching at your session looking at eachother like, "Woooah!"
That was honestly really really good, even more so with the fact it was an original! I listen to a TON of music so I generally pick at a lot of things, and even with the couple of things I could point out I was completely impressed. I'm just starting to pick up acoustic so I can appreciate your talent there along with composing the melody to a full song (I'm pretty good with lyrics, but I cannot do that) and you have an awesome voice!
If you have more like this you should look for a studio to mess around in. I used to be in a band, and we weren't really any good, but we got to mess around in a studio and it just jump-started our sound. You sound great from a camera's microphone so I can't imagine how you'd sound in a studio!

haha Thanks! I did mess up A LOT actually, so thats not the perfect version of the song. But I just wanted to get a video up. My friend actually has some recording equipment that he says he'll help me record on but I dont know how serious he is about it. Also, my friend Ty (who this song is about, ironically) really wants to get some recording equipment and we're thinkin about going halvesies on it. But anyway, thanks so much!

You did a really good job Amanda! Thanks for sharing it with us. I plan on telling some of my friends to check out your song. It reminded me of Taylor Swift who I really like! Best wishes on your continued success!

www.myspace.com/ziplocfreshproductions I recorded my song with my friend Cody, and he posted it to his music MySpace. Also while you're there, I would recommend checking out Love Veteran, the words are absolutely awesome.

Ha, wow, that's is in a completely different league with the studio. The double harmony is always risky business but you pulled it off! My voice came through more, too, which really is good.
Keep it coming! You've got quite some talent there!
