Review time again! This album came out August 12th, sorry its taken so long. Track By Track: 1. BB Good- It's a good start to the album. I like the verse better than the chorus. It's an upbeat song, fun to rock out to and stuff. About 3/4 of the way through, Joe (the middle one) says some stuff which some people find funny and some find really weird. He also ends the song that way. My Grade: B(B, its Good i guess) hahaha get it? It was a pun on the title. Ya know what, nevermind... 2. Burnin' Up- Holy crap, who hasn't heard this song?! It's AMAZING, but some people find it over-played. It's pretty bomb though. Really good lyrics (see my signature A little fun fact about this song- Their body guard, Big Rob, raps for them in it. Theres about 20-30 seconds of the rap, and its pretty hard core. My Grade: A. 3. Shelf- It's an ok song. Solid lyrics. It's not upbeat enough to party to, and its not slow enough to be a love ballad, which is what the lyrics seem to be aiming at. I'll listen to it most of the time, depends on what mood I'm in. My Grade: B- 4. One Man Show- It's quite safe to say this is my least favorite song on the album. The melody is just really repetitive. It's really upbeat, but it wouldn't be very fun at a party. This is one of em when the boys kinda do the screamy thing, which I'm not a big fan of. My Grade: D 5. Lovebug- Dang I love this song. Its starts with a simple guitar picking thing accompanied with random talking, ya know like studio talking. This also happens in the middle of the song and at the end. But listen to what they actually say, cuz some of it is really funny. But anyway, this is a cute little acoustic song with amazing lyrics. My favorite line is "You're beautiful but you don't even try/ MODESTY is just so hard to find." YEAH!!! The Jonas Brothers endorse modesty! Towards the end it changes from acoustic to rock. Nick sings mostly, which makes this song absolutely grand. My Grade: A+ 6. Tonight- This is a good, fast song about a couple fighting. It's good. Powerful lyrics, as always. The verse is a little repetative in its melody, but other than that, I really like it. Thats about all I can think of to say for this one. My Grade: A- 7. Can't Have You- Wow. Oh my gosh, wow. Its about a boy begging a girl to stay. The lyrics are PHENOMENAL (sorry I talk about the lyrics all the time, but theyre so good!). My only objection to this song is that on the 2nd verse they have stupid little cookie-cutter pop echoes. I dont know how to explain it, but it detracts from the raw intensity of this song. My Grade: A++ 8. Video Girl- hahah this song makes me laugh. I'm not quite sure what its supposed to be about, but I'm pretty sure its about a girl using him for his fame. But it starts with a girl (who happens to be Meaghan Martin- Tess Tyler from Camp Rock) saying "OMG did you hear I'm dating a Jonas brother? Its sooooo hot!" It's upbeat. Good party song. My Grade: A- 9. Pushin' Me Away- I also love this song. It starts out with this dream-sequency music, but then it starts rocking. The title pretty much explains what the song is about. What most impresses me about this song is that Joe sings much much lower than usual. To be honest, the Brothers usually sing higher than the average male. I attribute it to their ridiculously tight pants. But anyway... I really like this song. Very much. My Grade: A 10. Sorry- Holy crap this is such a sad song! It pretty much follows the same theme of Can't Have You, except this time he's telling the girl thats leaving him that he's sorry for not being there for her (them being on tour so much). Also, Nick's voice is really rhaspy in this song, but its not bad. Its just different from what I'm used to. Beautiful lyrics. I think this is my favorite song lyrics-wise. My Grade: A++ 11. Got Me Going Crazy- Honestly, I haven't listened to this song too much. Not because it isnt good, it just never comes up in the shuffle. It's actually really good. It kinda sounds old-school rock. My Grade: A- 12. A Little Bit Longer- I'm pretty sure these guys, or at least Nick, are sad song experts. Nick wrote this song in about 20 minutes. It's about his diabetes, but its general enough to be about any illness or emotional struggle. Most everyone I've talked to said they cried the first time they heard this song. But I think it was because they were watching the live performance on YouTube where he cries during it. Needless to say, the words are outstanding. This whole song is completely sung by Nick and Nick alone. My Grade: A++ Walmart Bonus Track: Live to Party- I bought mine at Walmart, so it came with this song. This song really lives up to its name. I think it would be my first choice to play at a party. My Grade: A- Target Bonus Track: Hello Goodbye- I was pretty depressed I didnt buy mine at Target, actually, cuz I really love their remake of this Beatles classic. I think I might like it better than the original, but thats still up for debate. You've probably heard it on Target commercials. My Grade: A. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Overall- This album is definitely worth the money. It's got a really good mix of love ballads, which I believe to be their specialty, and party songs that show their fun side. I think their previous album was better, but mostly cuz it had 3 or 4 more songs on it. One thing that is way better than the last album is the cover. On this album, it has a picture of the 3 guys standing in the middle of a city street at night. If you look around at all the stuff, though, you'll notice they put the song titles on billboards and light up signs outside theaters and stuff like that. I would recommend you look some of the songs up on YouTube and tell me what you think. Next review will most likely be on Demi Lovato- Don't Forget, which comes out Sept. 23.

Whenever someone says they're a fan of the Jonas Brothers, there's always one or more people that take it the wrong way and assume that every Jonas fan is one of those screaming crazy-obsessed girls that are always screaming their heads off about how hot they all are. I AM NOT ONE OF THOSE FANS. I find those kind extremely annoying actually. I do have a ridiculous crush on Nick, but its not like I expect to marry him or anything. I just like their music and their personality. Not too crazy about their acting. Oh, and I also LOVE their fashion sense. Except the really tight jeans.
Also, whenever Jonas Brothers are mentioned, someone or multiple people say "oh i hate them." or "theyre fags". And I doubt those people have ever listened to their music or anything. They just think their dumb cuz their a boy band, or their from Disney, or something like that. I understand that some people just don't like their voices. But thats no reason to hate anyone.
And thats my view on every celebrity. I hate it when people say they hate any celebrity for no reason because THEY DON'T KNOW THEM. I think Miranda Cosgrove (iCarly) is one of the ugliest people alive, but I dont hate her for it. I'm sure she's a nice girl, just not very fortunate looking. I mean, how would you feel if you were famous and you got so much hate for such trivial things from people who have never met you in their lives?
I know you guys probably don't do this, I just had to get this rant off my chest. Tell me what you think.

But with the exception of the poor judgment in shooting the Vanity Fair cover........I think that she is a pretty awesome singer and actress! There is no need to belittle every little thing!

There's several reasons why I'm not a fan of the Jonas Brothers, but I wouldn't go so far as to say I hate them. They've never like done anything bad to me or anything, so I don't see why I would. Normally the ones that say that kind of stuff are just jealous, since a lot of girls are more caught up in the Jonas Brothers than them.

They were dating for 2 years before they broke up this January. At least thats what Miley said in Seventeen. Now the rumor is that Nick and Selena Gomez are dating. Not confirmed yet, but it's looking pretty real. And Joe is almost positively going out with Taylor Swift, which makes me really happy cuz Taylor Swift is my idol and they just make such a cute couple.

Hahaha if you wanna know pretty much anything about ANY celebrity, I'm your girl. Don't ask me why, I just like knowing stuff that others dont I guess. And celebrities fascinate me. People in general fascinate me. But trust me, knowing everything about celebrities isnt an obsession, just kind of a hobby. I think it has to do with the fact that I'm trying to get into acting too, so I like looking at celebrities as normal people so it feels less impossible to reach my goals.

I'll keep that in mind! Are you going to try-out for a school play as a starter? ....or have you already? That would really be cool if you made it in acting and became a celebrity! Then I could tell my friends that I knew you from MormonTeenWorld and that I actually exchanged PMs with you before you joined Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas and the other hot celebrities! Hey, you know what I'd like to do? I'd love to play Bella in the Twilight movie!

hahah yeah I've been in a couple plays and I'm in acting classes. I've auditioned for a bunch of agents, but no luck yet. But yeah, it would be super cool to become famous. It would be a really good missionary experience too. And being ANYTHING in the twilight movie would be absolutely amazing. =]

Yeah, hopefully. But anyway, since this is a Jonas Brothers thread, I would like to wish Nick Jonas a lovely 16th birthday today! Just for the record, Nick is like my perfect man, but I am quite aware that I don't have the slightest chance with him. So hopefully I can find someone as great at him, but maybe with pants that are less tight.

I haven't seen that many pictures of him, but I didn't think that his pant were that tight. What grosses me out and is a real turn-off is guys and even some girls showing their underwear with there pants half falling down!

Just bringing this up again because I've come to a realization. Sorry if I'm shadowing the other one.
So...I was just listening to the radio, and I heard this song that reminds me a lot of what I listen to. They kind of lost me when they went to the whole rock section, but I realized that was I was listening to was "Lovebug" by the Jonas Brothers.
I'm normally not a fan, but that song is awesome. The acoustic part anyways. It totally changed my perspective on the band, I guess you could say.
