The other day in Sunday School, me and my classmates (I have 4 of them - smallest class in my ward.) were talking about home teaching. Somehow we came up with the idea: What would happen if you were to home teach the prophet? It would be pretty awkward, wouldn't it? XD You'd knock on the door and chat a bit, sit down, and say "Well, the first presidency message this month says... Well, you wrote this time. You probably know." Or something like that. I bet it would be hilarious.

I actually know someone that this happened to. The prophet and apostles are humble and always ready to learn....so they'll be accepting of any message the HT give.

I don't quite remember the details, but I remember an account of a 14 year old teacher, I believe, that had to home teach Joseph Smith.
He went to their house and asked them if they were living the gospel the way it should be taught, and in the end, Joseph Smith thanked him for coming, or something along those lines.
