Seems like I am always sick and i'll be better for a week or so then im sick again ..... can't help but think i may have some chronic illness... though i don't know the doctors havent been able to find out the why to why im getting so sick all the time .... i guess all i can do is pray and hope for the best

Me too. I know it's hard when your sick, but getting active and exercising your body and eating right are both super important to overcoming illness and staying healthy.

PS: I'll pray for you too!

I agree.Try cutting out on things that have made you feel worse.Like eating a certain type of pastry or whatever.Hugs and prayers!

well see that's the thing that kinda worries me i have been eating healthy, i have been exercising, and i have been sleeping properly... and the doctors have no answer to why i keep getting sick ... sigh

Same with my brother!

Yeah I'd see another doctor too.My friend recently just couldn't sleep and her doctor said there's absolutely nothing wrong with her.
Although I get sick more often than Jenni lol

From experience, I know for a fact that you should ALWAYS get a second opinion when it comes to your health. Even if a doctor diagnoses you, you want to be sure that they're right. With all of my family's and my medical problems we've always gone around for second opinions and that has helped us be certain of what was wrong. Actually, it took my mom MULTIPLE doctors until she found one that actually diagnosed her correctly with carcinoid cancer. Second opinions are a good thing, needless to say
