I've had lots of testimoney building experinces latley.
In science class a group of people were making fun of mormons and this happens quite often in this class. I always start to respond but the teacher will start talking and i wont get a chance. So i prayed that day for a missionary experince and i got one.
I kid in class said loudly " Any one here mormon?...i have a really funny joke but i dont want to offend any " I'm the only mormon in my grade level and mormons are very well known were i live. I rarley talk in this class because i have no friends in this class and theres a lot of vulgar conversation going on. I said " I am" And he said "oh, okay. " A few people were lisenting to there I-Pods and said "Your what" and i responded "I'm Mormon"
It was a missionary experince by letting people know why i act how i do not in a share-the-articles-of-faith kind of thing. It was a wonderful experince. I stood up for what i belive in and couldnt help but feel the spirt.
The othr thing i wantedto discuss was prayer. During my midterms i prayed wheni got stuck on a question or was nervous. It really helped I challenge you to pray more often not just when you need something.
I heard in sacrement we should ask humbly what are standing with the lord is. And i am tottaly going to.

It's one thing to be a member of the church, but when you stand up for what you believe in and have to face possible ridicule.......well, that's taking it to an entirely new level! Great job!
