So, I've moved a lot in my life and it's never been a problem. But, I got really attached to my old ward, like best friends with everyone! I moved to a new ward a year ago. And I'm still not warmed up to them. I shy away from going to church because I don't know many of the girls, and don't want to be judged. It's not that I don't want to go, I also work a lot and Sunday is my only sleep in day. With 9 am church, I struggle to wake up. I'm also a year from graduation and I'm contemplating my faith and if I truly believe everything the church says. Any advice?

Hey, that sounds like a lot on your plate. How far away is your old ward?, do you still talk to them on facebook, texting, or some sort of contact?. I know that this isn't the same as actually being there in person, but could still help.
With contemplating about your faith. Have you been reading the scriptures?, praying?, it all starts there. remember, church isn't about the social aspects of going, it's about growing in the church, enduring to the end and so forth. I was kind in the same boat as you. non of the guys or girls really talked to me, I was pretty much alone, and being homeschooled as well.. it was hard.
Two years ago my family and I moved about 40mins away from our old house, a place where I grew up for 18 years of my life. At first I didn't want to move.. I knew people in my family ward, and people around my age were talking to me, only a couple. but it worked out the best in a way. I moved and started going to the YSA Branch, I have been in here for 2 years coming this July and it has been amazing.. I have made friends with people. It normally takes me awhile to make friends because of trust issues over the years. I am grateful for the group of friends I have gotten to know here. About being judge, I know a lot about it. Have the girls tired talking to you at all?

Yah, I've been doing all that. I think I just need to do it whole heartedly! Thank you for your advice, it all sounds very familiar to how I've felt lately! :-)
