Probably no one's interested but I thought Id still post it. Its a 1963 Lambretta LI150 Series 3 150cc 2-stroke 4spd manual shift vintage Italian scooter. When I got it: replacement leg shield some new parts Before: After 2 dunks in the ultrasonic cleaner R1 Shock New gas tank buffers Engine out time to clean/minor build I took the frame to be powder coated this afternoon, should be done by the end of next week.

These things are simple. Just a big air pump with wheels (at least thats the simplest way to explain it IMO). The only parts that are tricky is getting everything to line up so it looks good and then running cables.

I don't have the mechanical skills to do a restoration like you are doing, but I think that it will be exciting to watch your progress! Good luck and keep us posted on your progress!

Just a quick look at the color scheme. Yes I know the paint looks like crap, I sanded and re-sprayed after the pic. Picked this up for it, don't know if it will go on the bike or not.

It looks like this is going to be quite a project! Thanks. Hopefully it turns out to be exactly what I wanted in my head. Satin black with some chrome and grey accents. And its going to be really fast. Hoping to hit 80mph with it when the engines done and broken in.

After 8 hours so far in the ultrasonic cleaner/hot tank. Then took a pressure washer to it. Going to dump it in tomorrow for another 2 hours or so. And got these to replace my old set that were cracked. There going to the polisher to be cleaned up after the holidays.
