I love you enough; I love you enough to wait. and even though its not the coolest thing in the world I'm waiting. for you because you are the only person right for me I love you enough to be worthy enough for you and if that means dressing modestly I'll do that for you. so we can be sealed together forever, I love you enough so one day I can tell you I did it all for you I waited. and even though its not easy at all I'm still waiting. I want to be worthy enough for you because you hold the priesthood and i don't know how i could ever measure up to that I'll stay clean for you why? because I love you enough I love you!
and even though I haven't met you. I love you more then anything. I love my future husband so much that one day I want to tell him how much I really do love him. which means waiting.
because I love you enough, whoever you might be.

Cool poem Alyse! I feel the same way......I'm striving to maintain high standards so that one day I can be married in the Temple for time and eternity!

lol. i love that song!!!!!! I'm going to put the lyrics to it on here.
...And waiting
She might be the only one Of all the sophomore girls not going to the senior prom But not because she didn't get asked.
No dating till you turn 16 That's a family rule; she wont break it for anything But she still wants to grow up fast.
Soon she'll have more freedom andn her dads own Chevrolet She'll be counting every hour for 24 more days She's 15 ...and waiting.
Two months have passed, since he turned them in And he's going to the mail box again His call should come any day this week
He could go state side, or to a foreign land The suspense is almost more then he can stand right now the only thing he wants to see
Is that envelope with "Elder", printed right before his name Signed by the prophet at the bottom of that page He's 18 ...and waiting
Two years can change your life when your living right and your giving all your time now, they're spending all their time
Getting ready for that special day Invitations are out and the families are on their way they'll meet at the temple today at noon
He'll see her, standing there His angel dressed in white So grateful for the choices that they've both made in their lives for staying clean ...and waiting
So happy for eternity
...and waiting.

I have to say, one of the best lessons that helped me determine to be clean and stay worthy was not a lesson about chastity or the temple, it was a lesson on the plan of salvation. We talked about the Celestial Kingdom and how amazing it will be to live with our Heavenly Father and our Brother Jesus Christ. Hearing and thinking about how amazing (we can't even imagine) that will be just puts into perspective how important it is that we make that, the Celestial Kingdom, our goal and not let the world get in our way. The world has nothing to offer that even comes close to that glory and happiness, and thinking about that is such a strength to me.

lol yeah that was awesome.. but hey Alyse I know who your future husband is. And your's too Sakura, and Mary Lynn, and Jenni! I know who all of your future husbands are! My session director at EFY showed me who my future wife is, and now I can show each of you! D&C 88:40 For intelligence cleaveth unto intelligence; wisdom receiveth wisdom; truth embraceth truth; virtue loveth virtue; light cleaveth unto light; mercy hath compassion on mercy and claimeth her own; justice continueth its course and claimeth its own. So there you have it, who you marry will be who you are. If you are a righteous person, that's who you will marry! Well at least more than likely..

lol well.. its not like your identical twin.. its just characteristics and traits that you have, attract others that have the same ones. if your some really righteous person, some slutty garbage person probably isnt going to be like hey, i think i like that person. And the same is true flip flopped. Look at your friends, most of them coincide with your values and your characteristics. Not exacly, but if you think about it, you're for the most part, a lot alike.
